250 gm baby onions 1" piece ginger finely chopped 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp chilly powder 1 bunch coriander leaves 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tbsp tamarind pulp 2 tbsp ground jaggery oil for frying salt to taste METHOD Peel the Potatoes and onions. Heat oil in a pan. Fry masala and potato and onion. Add water and salt and cook till tender. Mix tamarind pulp, jaggery and coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes. |
