Lemon Squash


INGREDIENTS :

12 nos lemons


sugar

vanila essence, if desired


METHOD

Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice. For each cup of juice add 3 cup of sugar. Warm in a double boiler until all the sugar is dissolved. Cool and store in bottles. Add 2-3 table spoons of the syrup for a glass of water. No need to add sugar.


Mango Squash


METHOD

Use 2 cup of sugar for every cup of mango pulp and follow the above method. Cool and store in bottles.


Pineapple Squash


METHOD

Repeat the same method as for lemon squash. Use a liquidiser to extract the pineapple juice.
